Retail Petroleum

Capital Group operates in excess of 40 multi branded retail fuel outlets in metro and regional locations across Australia. We are active in the development of new sites including roadhouses and the repositioning of existing fuel outlets where we both operate the business and own the freehold. This gives us the added advantage of business cashflow liquidity, continuous value adding to our offerings, real estate investment capital growth and total end to end control of our investments.

Property Development

Capital Group is actively involved in the acquisition and development of selected metro and regional land banking and development opportunities. We invest in strategically located property within the relevant Urban Growth Zones (UGZ) and Precinct Structure Plans (PSP). We also partner with respected brand named retailers in the supermarket, childcare, allied health, Large Format Retail and QSR Restaurant sectors.

Ant Belcher
Director & Co Founder

Ant has over 30 years experience within the commercial property sector combined with finance, international commodity, derivatives and currency trading. Ant has a proven track record of value adding to all aspects of commercial and residential property investment markets and UGZ / PSP land banking and development. His experience has afforded him close associations with leading banking, legal and financial institutions and publicly listed companies where he is called upon to offer strategic property advice for asset acquisition, repositioning, value adding, disposal and management. Ant is a licensed Estate Agent in Victoria, holding a Degree in Business Management and is a member of the REIV.

Christine has over 25 years’ experience in the property development sector with 20 of these in Victoria.
